Telegram or Google profile data, email and phone when provided, AIZZY account details, order contents and statuses, CryptoBot invoice identifiers and statuses, support messages, IP addresses, and technical security logs. The store does not receive bank card details.

3. Why we process data

To authenticate accounts, place and deliver orders, confirm payments, support buyers, prevent abuse, protect the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

4. Recipients and services

Data is shared only as needed with infrastructure providers and involved services: Telegram, CryptoBot/Crypto Pay, Google when Google sign-in is used, hosting, database, and message-delivery providers. Each external service handles data under its own terms.

Data is retained as long as needed for the account, order fulfilment, security, accounting duties, and disputes. Access is role-limited; secrets, connections, and backups are protected with technical controls. Data is deleted or anonymised after mandatory retention periods expire.
