2. Order and price

An order is created for the selected products. The final amount is shown before payment. Stock is reserved for a limited period and is not sold until payment is confirmed.

3. Payment

The current release accepts payment only through a Telegram CryptoBot (Crypto Pay) invoice. The store does not accept or store bank card details. An order is paid only after the payment provider confirms the invoice status.

4. Delivery

The delivery method depends on the product and is shown on its page. Automatic delivery starts after payment confirmation and the result is available in the order profile. Manually processed products follow the timeframe shown on the product page.

5. Buyer responsibilities

The buyer checks platform compatibility, provides accurate contact details, follows third-party service rules, and keeps delivered secrets private. Rental conditions and access periods must be respected.

6. Errors, cancellation, and refunds

If a product is not delivered, differs from its description, or fails when used as instructed, contact support with the order number. The request is checked against order and delivery records. Cancellation or refund depends on delivery state, the specific product terms, and applicable law.

7. Third-party services

Telegram, CryptoBot, gaming platforms, and other named services operate under their own terms. AIZZY does not control their availability, but remains responsible for its own order processing under these terms and applicable law.

8. Changes to these terms

The current version is published here with its effective date. An already paid order remains subject to the terms shown during checkout unless the law requires otherwise.
